I haven't written in this blog in MONTHS.

Yesterday, I had one of the most stressful but exciting days. I expected that I would come home from work, and just hang out watch television, and eat dinner. It turned out to be the complete opposite of what I expected. One of my friends from my College Youth group called Abide invited everyone to eat lunch at Lampost Pizza. Lampost has gross pizza, but it was fun to hang out with everyone. Mondo (whose wife just had a baby) came by and talked to us about his newborn daughter named Selah, and showed us pictures. After we all ate, we decided that we would get out of the smokey air and go to the beach! The beach was a tad gloomy, but it was still warm and the sun shinned through after awhile. I decided that it would be a good idea to swim in the water, which was the biggest mistake. The waves at Zuma crash right at the beach, and we thought that if we could just get past the first two sets of waves then we would be fine. BIG MISTAKE. I got trampled over a wave which sucked me under. Then, wave after wave kept knocking me over. It was terrifying. :( BUT! It was quite exhilarating. After that I vowed to never go into the ocean when the waves are that big. I laid out on the beach despite that fact that I am strong believer that Vitamin D is terrible for your skin, cause it is! Plus, I never get any tanner, so it's pointless waste of my time. Over all it was a good day, except I couldn't find my keys, but they were on the wheel of my tire???? Yeah, it was a weird day, but it was nice to be out of Moorpark!
