I wore this outfit a few weeks ago and I felt absolutely stylish in it. You know those outfits where you just feel so wonderful because your outfit is so put together? Well, that is how I felt, wonderful. That dress is from Forever 21 and I got it for 8 dollars! It's a little homecoming status, but I thought I could either pair it with a lovely and edgy leather jacket or dress it up with some heals. I also thought that a scarf would bring some color into the outfit, and take away from the bare chest area. Also, the boots made the outfit more casual along with the tights.

I really think that I could wear this outfit anywhere, granted it is a tad stylish and a little chic, but what is the harm in being stylish? I would like to define my style as being put together with some class, but also with a little edge. I typically wear a lot of black, and one of my favorite pieces is my leather jacket that I got in PARIS! I love tights, skinny jeans, and dresses.

I was reading Meagan Bryans, and Ally Kay's blog and they both mentioned that they love to thrift because they find the most unique pieces, and each article of clothing has its own story. I must agree with both of you! I feel the exact same way, although thrift stores are typically a hit or miss. My friend Heidi is obsessed with Buffalo Exchange, and I must say that I gotta go there ASAP. I also LOVE Wasteland in Santa Monica! My friend Ari, and I found the most beautiful dresses. We even found a Marc by Marc Jacobs dress! I died! Chain clothing stores are all completely too expensive, and unaffordable. :( It makes me so sad because Nordstroms, and Urban Outfitters have some of the best articles of clothing, but it's just too expensive.
