Taylor Momsen looks really pretty here. I haven't been a huge fan of her platinum blonde hair, but I really think it looks good here. Maybe it's the fact that she's not wearing that much make up, and her bangs are grown out? I really think that she looked so pretty on Gossip Girl Season 1, and in the beginning of season 2. I guess they were trying to portray her as "innocent." I believe this was taken on the set of GG season 3, but in the episodes that I have seen she has been wearing an excessive amount of make up. She's so young, and naturally pretty, she doesn't need all of that. Personally, her outfits are little much if you ask me. She looked better on Season 1. Oh well, I still really like Taylor Momsen, and I love her character that she plays on GG, Jenny Humphery.
